HI!

Well it's been a LONG time since I've updated. Lots has gone on. Lots of big stuff! Let's see:

* put my home on the market
* closed the dance studio of 39 yr
* bought a new '11 GMC Terrain
* cleaned out lots more
* been home for almost a month without traveling
* started a new Bible study on finances

So buying a new car by myself was a 1st. Quite daunting I must say. So proud of myself and this big step! Then on to the house.......only had 2 bites on the so far. Nothing serious so...... We'll just have to wait and see what God is up to. I know that He has it all planned out, but my impatience gets in the way as I wait. I think that the packing has me more in a tizzy than the actual move.

It is cold and rainy here in Louisiana. It serves for watching lots of movies and staying in. I got the mower out yesterday for a while just to run it a while. Was good to be outside but still too cold. Won't be long and we'll all be saying that it's too hot! I know I will for sure.

I'm getting an itch to see those g'kids in person. I'm thinking that travel is my near future!

summer '10

I've been back home for almost 2 wk now. I've done a lot and then not much. hmmmmmmmmmm i think it's the heat! Every week i forget just how hot it was the year before.

My MaryKay business is getting a new kick in the rear! What a wonderful way to make money. I've done it now for 26 yr and can tell you this: it's a great way to make income. Please let me know if you are interested in hosting a viewing OR being a consultant.

home and cleaning more clutter

you would think that after almost 4 years of cleaning out and hauling away, the clutter would be gone. That's what I think and then i start in one more place one more time! Well there's always more and now enough for a dreaded garage sale. I'm waiting for cooler weather!

I've spent 7 wonderful weeks with my kids and g'kids. So now there's Natalie and Jesse's bunch: William, 6....James 1. Then there's Daniel and Kristen: Emily, 2 and Luke 3 wk. G'kids are like nothing else. I love to spoil them! It's been fun but it was time to come home and regroup. I've been back 5 days and already have the itch to travel. Isn't that insane? I'll say it is!
